You must be able to form a binding contract to use this platform. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
One account per person. Your name and email are fixed at signup and can't be self-service changed — contact us if either needs correcting. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Recruiters submitting job/opportunity listings are responsible for the accuracy of what they post. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and we reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that's misleading, discriminatory, or violates these terms.
Resume Studio, Cover Letter generation, and AI Coach use third-party AI models to generate suggestions. These are aids, not guarantees — you're responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before submitting it as part of a real application.
Premium removes daily limits on AI features for the period you've paid for. Payments are processed by Paystack; refund requests go through the Contact page and are handled case by case.
Don't misuse the platform: no scraping, no abusive automated requests against AI features, no impersonation, no posting fraudulent listings or applications.
