Privacy Policy

This policy describes, in plain language, what NextLevel Hub actually collects and why. It is not a substitute for legal advice — have it reviewed by counsel familiar with data protection law in the countries you operate in (e.g. NDPR in Nigeria, GDPR for EU users) before relying on it.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text)
- Profile info you choose to add: gender, phone number, country, education, career interests, profile photo, resume file
- Content you generate: cover letters, resume analyses, AI Coach conversations, saved opportunities, and applications you track
- Payment info: if you subscribe to Premium, payments are processed entirely by Paystack — we never see or store your card details
- Basic technical info: IP address and browser info, used for security (e.g. detecting suspicious logins) and error diagnostics
How we use it
- To operate your account and the features you use (search, saved opportunities, application tracking)
- To power AI features (Resume Studio, Cover Letters, AI Coach) — your inputs are sent to our AI provider (Groq) solely to generate the response you requested, not for training their models
- To send you account-related email: verification, password resets, and (if you opt in) announcements or campaign messages
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal data to third parties
- We don't show ads or let advertisers target you
Who we share it with
Only the service providers required to run the platform: Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (transactional email), Groq (AI processing), and Paystack (payment processing). Each only receives the minimum data needed to perform their specific function.
Your rights
You can update most of your profile information directly in Settings. You can delete your account entirely from Settings → Danger Zone — this permanently removes your data. For anything else, including a full data export request, use the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where required by law, notify you directly.
